Hi Readi, i have been doing the Croagh Patirck run up and down twice as part of the Gaelforce West race. Man, i know what it feels like. The first time i tought i gonna die on the up hill and if not will break all kinds of bones on the down hill. It is an amazing achievement. I remember standing on the mountain top looking back down. The first time it was all cloudy so we could not see much but the second time the sky was clear. You see the world from a different angle after doing those things. I love it. Getting your heart rate right up, feel the live in your veins and the blood rushing through them when you push up hill. Its very dangerous to go fast on the down hill as the stones under your feed are moving and each fool fall is an advanture in itself. I have signed up for my first half iron man in September. I hate the swimming, the cycling is ok and i love the running. Wondering how fast i can do that.
I like your website a lot. Great idea!
