One to One Training
Please Note: All our classes and one to one sessions have now finished for 2013. However, we will be posting our Beginners programme on the site soon so you can download it and start your own groupette for free!
If you have a particular event you want to get in shape for or have a general fitness goal in mind, I can help you achieve this!
Together we can work towards optimising the time you have available to train, fit this in with your lifestyle and support you toward your goal, whatever it may be. One to One training or small group training is a great way to kick start your training and gain the confidence to reach the next level.
Whatever fitness levels you are at right now, these training programmes will help you focus and target particular areas you want to improve in private, supportive sessions.
There are various options available to suit you -
1. Run Like A Girl Programme – This one to one programme is over 12 sessions, twice a week over 6 weeks and will have you running for 30 minutes at the end of the 6 weeks! We will also cover injury prevention, nutrition, stetching, motivation and establishing a sustainable running schedule tailored to suit you.
2. Small Group Running programme – This programme is suitable for groups of 4 individuals or less. This brings down the cost of the one to one programme whilst still covering the same topics and reaching our goal of running 30 minutes by the end of 12 sessions!
3. Bespoke programme – After an initial consultation with you, I can then design a programme especially for you with your aims and goals in mind. Each session will be different from the last but always suited to your ability and goals.
