Complete Beginners Course
Please Note: All our classes have now finished for 2013. However, we will be posting our Beginners programme on the site soon so you can download it and start your own groupette for free!
This course is perfect for anybody who has ever wanted to run. We start at the very beginning, using a simple but effective walk/jog technique. Each week we gradually build up to running continuously for 30 minutes.
Along with lots of tips & advice, the group provides brilliant support and motivation to keep you going and enjoying it at the same time! You will improve your fitness, stamina and, lots of people find that getting out in the fresh air can have wonderful effects on lowering stress levels & improving quality of sleep. It’s a step towards a happier, healthier you!
