Intermediate Level 1 & 2 Course
Please Note: All our classes have now finished for 2013. However, we will be posting our Beginners programme and our Intermediates programme on the site soon so you can download it and start your own groupette for free!
Intermediate L1 is designed to boost the fitness you have earned already, whether you have just completed the Beginners course or you are currently running 30 mins or more at a time.
This course will improve your endurance and overall fitness levels. It will increase your knowledge on injury prevention, stretching, technique, pace and much more! By the end of the six weeks you will be running for 45 minutes at a time and, best of all, feeling the physical and mental benefits of the runners high!
Intermediate L2 is the next step up in your fitness, designed to challenge you and give you great results! The benchmark for entry to this course is you can complete 45 mins of jogging or that you have completed the L1 course. We advance our speed training so by the end of the course and you will be a stronger, fitter runner!
